For your remote control to be recognized, you must associate it with your box. This step is done during the first installation. If your remote control loses connection with your box, you can pair it again by holding down buttons 7 and 9 simultaneously until the Home button is lit.

Wait until the following message appears.

Your remote control is Bluetooth®, which means you don't need to point it at your box to change channels.

If you are unable to associate your remote control with your Box despite the procedure described above, proceed as follows:

• Remove the batteries from the 2 compartments of the remote control for 30 seconds.

• Turn your box off then on again using the on off button

• Hold keys 1 and 3 simultaneously until the Home button lights up

• Then hold keys 4 and 6 simultaneously until the Home button lights up

• Hold keys 7 and 9 simultaneously until the Home button lights up, it must remain lit for 30 seconds until the message appears on the screen..

Warning: If LaBOX is placed inside a cupboard, the power on/standby button will not work.

The record a program function allows you, when watching a TV program, to record or schedule the recording of your favorite programs.

You can then view your recorded programs at any time from the LaBOX interface.

Simply go to “My content”, press the Home button then in the “My recordings” menu select “Recorded”.

Select the desired recording from the list that appears using the directional buttons on your remote control (the list of recorded programs is ordered from the most recent to the oldest), then once positioned on the desired program, press the Play1 button to view.

To stop the program and return to the list of recordings, press the stop button.

All you have to do is go to “My content”, press the Home button then in the “My recordings” menu select “scheduled”.

Select the desired recording from the list that appears using the directional keys on your remote control, then once positioned on the desired program, press the central key on the directional pad to select it.

Finish by pressing the Play1 button to watch.

Enter your parental code.

To stop the program and return to the list of current recordings, press the stop button.

Parental control

Parental controls allow you to protect your children from certain content.

Parental controls are activated or deactivated when you first start LaBOX.

When you first started LaBOX, you also configured a parental code.

These settings can be changed later.

How to access the Parental Control configuration?

• Go to Home with your remote control.

• Select Settings then User Settings with the arrows

• Enter the Parental Control menu by pressing the OK button.

• Enter your code.

Why do some channels ask me for the parental code?

Channels that may contain violent or adult content require a code to view.

For example, to access Ciné Cinéma Premier, you must enter your parental code.

Block/Unblock channels:

In the parental control menu, in the “blocked channels” section, you can select the channels you want to block.

Select the desired channels, validate by selecting “I’m done”

To unblock one or more channels, deselect the desired channels then validate by selecting “I’m done”.

Where can I find my parental code?

If you have forgotten your parental code, you must contact Monaco Télécom customer service. Remember to write down the code afterwards.

You can use your phone or tablet to watch your YouTube videos via LaBOX on your TV. Simply check that your devices are connected to the LaBOX Wi-Fi network.



Pair via Wi-Fi network

To get started, you need to have the Youtube app on your phone or tablet.

(Click on the image of your store to download the application)





Then check that your phone or tablet is connected to the LaBOX Wi-Fi network and launch the Youtube application.

With the TV and LaBOX turned on, select the Cast icon on your devices in the Youtube application.

LaBOX Youtube launches automatically on your TV.

You can now launch your videos from your phone or tablet and view them on your TV.



Exit the Youtube application on LaBOX


Simply press the Home button on your remote once to return to the main menu or twice to return to the channel you are currently viewing.

You can adjust the brightness of the screen on the front of LaBOX.


To adjust the brightness, open the main menu by pressing Home then select “Settings” using the directional keys on your remote control.




In “Settings” select “User Settings” using the down directional key on your remote control.





In "User Settings," select "General" using the down arrow button on your remote control.





Select “LED screen brightness” using the down directional button on your remote control then validate to enter the menu.





Select between three possibilities Low, Medium and High then validate your choice by pressing the ok button on your remote control.

Using the directional keys and the “OK” key (located in the center of the directional keys).

Go to Settings, then User Settings and Channel Grouping.





Enter your Parental code. By default the code is “1111”.

Select one of the two lists using the directional keys and the OK key.
Select the Edit option and press OK.




The list of channels will then appear on the screen, use the directional arrows to navigate and choose the channels you want to include in your list, press the OK key to add a channel.





Once selected, you can remove a channel from your list or choose the order of your channels by selecting the elements present in the first banner.





Once you've made your selection, select "I'm done" to save your list.





FAQs


How to access your list of favorite channels?


From the LaBOX Menu, using the button, press the down arrow 3 times to directly access your list of favorite channels. The title of your list appears in the lower left corner of the thumbnail.





To return to all the channels in your LaBOX offer, from the Menu, press the down arrow 3 times and select the thumbnail with the title “All channels”.





How to rename a channel list name?

The remote control must be configured in Bluetooth (see article on How to configure the remote control in Bluetooth).

Select the list you want to edit and press OK.

• Using the directional arrows, select the rename option. Turn your remote control over and indicate the title of your choice using the keyboard on your remote control.

• Press next to validate the title.



How to change the order of channels on a list of favorite channels?

 

Select the list you want to edit and press the OK key.

• Once the channel list is displayed, using the directional keys, select the channel you want to edit then press OK.

• The left and right arrows then allow you to modify the order of the channels.

• To save your changes, select the “I’m done” icon.


How to remove a channel from the list?

 

Select the list you want to edit.

• Select the Edit option and press OK.

• Once the channel list appears at the top select the channel you want to delete and press OK.

• Then press the down arrow to remove the channel from your list.

Black screen :

If LaBOX is on but you see nothing on your screen, you must check that you are on the correct TV source with your television remote control.

For your TV to display what LaBOX is transmitting, you must be on the HDMI channel. With your television remote control, press the HDMI button, if present, until your channels are displayed. If you do not have the HDMI button, press the TV Source button. The channel can be called HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, etc. depending on the number of HDMI ports on your television.



TheBOX is blocked or “freeze”:

If you can no longer change channels, or you notice that LaBOX is stuck on an image or that it is no longer responding, restart LaBOX by pressing the button behind it. You have to press once to turn it off then press once again to turn it back on. Wait while LaBOX restarts.


Note :To avoid damaging LaBOX, it is not recommended to restart LaBOX by unplugging it electrically.





Your remote control no longer responds:

Make sure the remote control has working batteries.

If your remote control is still not functional, you must turn your box off and on again by pressing the on off button on your remote control.

Hold keys 7 and 9 simultaneously until the Home button lights up, it must remain lit for 30 seconds until the message appears on the screen.



Wait until the following message appears.

Your remote control is associated. Otherwise, refer to the article.

LaBOX does not start:

 

Make sure it is plugged into a properly powered electrical outlet

Unplug then plug in LaBOX.

The power button on the front should change from red to white to tell you that it is starting up.

Check that LaBOX is not just on standby. To do this, press the ON/OFF button on your remote control

You have the message “Optional channel available” displayed on your television. Before contacting your customer service, first reactivate your TV rights via myMT.
Reactivating your TV rights updates the rights of your box which will, in most cases, resolve your problem.

In the “Television” block of your home screen, click on “More info
