All you have to do is go to the Monaco Telecom store.
Go to www.mobile.monacocare.mc then click on report a claim.
Simply follow the steps to report your claim.

Our claims process includes 4 simple steps
1- Report your claim online at www.mobile.monacocare.mc.
2- Drop off your device: If your device is damaged, after receiving notification of acceptance of the claim, you can go directly to a Monaco Telecom partner repair center or send it by post with the return label which you will be provided. If your device is beyond repair or stolen, the replacement device will be delivered directly to the address of your choice.
3- Repair / replacement of the device: Your device is repaired within 5 days maximum and simple repairs are carried out in less than 24 hours.
4- Recover the device: Once your device is repaired, you will be notified by SMS or email (depending on the choice of your preferred channel) to come and collect it from the repair center or otherwise it will be delivered directly to the address of your choice.
