To implement the Voice 365 option, you need the following elements:
– Internet connection
– Trunk SIP subscription from Monaco Telecom
– Microsoft 365 licenses enabling Direct Routing
Microsoft Teams offers advanced telephony features. Everyday features such as voicemail and call forwarding are typically included in your subscription. You can verify this by checking directly on the Microsoft Teams website.
Software updates and enhancements to the service may occur frequently. Fortunately, they have no impact on your Voice 365 option. In other words, with Microsoft Teams, you immediately benefit from all updates at no additional cost.
