Monaco Care Safety is an application, funded by the Government of Monaco, offering a number of functions for simple and secure use. Digital security is not an option, but definitely everyone’s business. Monaco Telecom and the Princely Government support with you every day!
Compatible with all your devices
Monaco Care Safety is compatible with different computers (PC or MAC), smartphones or tablets (Android and iOS operating systems). All companies with an internet subscription automatically have 5 Monaco Care Safety licenses and can subscribe for free. Beyond that, it is possible to take out a pack of 5 additional Monaco Care Safety licenses free of charge. Additional licenses are invoiced at the list price (excluding ADSL/VDSL offers).

Real-time antivirus protection against infected files and malware.

You are an Ultra High Speed Internet or LaFibre customer
The Monaco Care Safety service is included in your package, without any further action from your part. All you have to do is activate it by clicking on the link in the activation email sent to you by Monaco Telecom. Thanks to your internet offer, you will benefit from 5 Monaco Care Safety licenses.
You are not an Ultra High Speed Internet or LaFibre Internet customer or you are not a Monaco Telecom customer?
You can take advantage of the Monaco Care Safety service, available as a monthly subscription with no commitment. When you subscribe to the service, you will receive 5 Monaco Care Safety licenses, which you can accumulate as many as you wish. To subscribe to the Monaco Care Safety service, simply contact our sales teams.
Your login and password are provided to you in the welcome email sent when your service is activated. You can receive this email again at any time by requesting it from your myMT:

Contact the Monaco Telecom sales team and you can add as many licenses as you like, in packs of 5.

Previous anti-virus protection, the PC Protection service must be uninstalled before you can install the Monaco Care Safety service. - You have an anti-virus type security solution
To take advantage of the Monaco Care Safety service, you will need to uninstall your existing security or anti-virus solution or certain software that may be hindering its installation. It may happen that the installation of the Monaco Care Safety service is blocked because the uninstallation of the previous security solution is not triggered. In this case, you will need to uninstall the software in question manually.
