Subscription is done directly in-store with your business advisors. Simply visit the Business Space at your Monaco Telecom store:

1. Report your claim online 24/7 at mobile.monacocare.mc.
2.Drop off your device in-store: If your device is damaged, after receiving the claim acceptance notification, you can visit a Monaco Telecom partner repair center directly or ship the package with the return label provided. If your device is irreparable or stolen, the replacement device will be delivered directly to the address of your choice.
3.Device Repair/Replacement: Your device will be repaired within a maximum of 5 days, and simple repairs are guaranteed within 24 hours.
4.Retrieve the Device: Once your device is repaired, you will be notified by SMS or email (according to your preferred channel) to pick it up at the repair center, or it will be delivered directly to the address of your choice.
