To access your myMT customer area, nothing could be simpler.

Simply go to your myMT customer area and enter your username and password.


In an increasingly connected world, our personal information is stored online, just a click away. This makes digital security more crucial than ever.

A strong and well-managed password is your first line of defense against threats of data and identity theft.

Essential rules to follow to protect your online accounts:

  • Use a complex, unique password for each account

A secure password must be at least 12 characters long and include a combination of uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

In addition, it is recommended to use a unique password for each service or website. Using the same password everywhere exposes all of your accounts if one is compromised.

  • Avoid easy-to-guess passwords

Opt for passwords unrelated to your personal information and avoid logical sequences.

  • Change your passwords regularly

It is recommended to change your passwords regularly, especially on sensitive accounts such as bank accounts or emails.

  • Never share your passwords

Although it may seem obvious, many people share their passwords with family, friends or colleagues. This increases the chances of them being stolen or misused.

Furthermore, we remind you that no official organism will ask you to share your password by email or phone.

Finally, stay alert to communications received from Monaco Telecom. We inform you exclusively by email when we identify a connection on your myMT customer portal. If you are not the cause, contact our Customer Service immediately at 99 66 33 00.

Don't panic, to connect to your myMT customer area you can use:

• One of the telephone numbers on your account

• Or your contact email address.

None of this information comes back to you? Your customer service is at your disposal to assist you in your procedures.

Simply click on “you forgot your password” and enter your username.

An email or SMS containing a link to set your new password will be sent to your preferred contact channel.

What is Digital Identity?

Digital identity allows Monegasque residents and Residents to use their identity card or residence card to access online services via a simple and secure authentication service: MConnect.

Prerequisites to benefit from the service:

•  Have an identity card or residence permit

• Have activated your digital identity upon receipt of the card or by going to an interactive terminal available at the Town Hall https://mconnect.gouv.mc/activer

• Install the software on your computer to read the card > Download ici

Associate your Digital identity with your Monaco Telecom account

To benefit from this service, you must first associate your Monaco Telecom customer account with your digital identity. For that :

• Log in as usual to your myMT customer area

• In your account settings, choose “Associate digital identity” then click on “Associate a Monegasque digital identity”



 

• You are redirected to the MConnect authentication service.

You can choose to authenticate by scanning your identity document or by using your digital identity transferred to your Mobile (more information here).

If the association fails, check that the information on your identity document is identical to that on your Monaco Telecom customer account.

If the information is substantially identical, go to the store to make the association

If the information is completely different, the association is impossible.

Connect via the MConnect service

Go to the authentication page of the myMT customer area and choose “Connect with MConnect”.

 



You are redirected to the MConnect authentication service.

You can choose to authenticate by scanning your identity document or by using your digital identity transferred to your Mobile.

Once successful authentication, you are automatically redirected to the home page of your myMT customer area.

 

To modify your identifier, go to your myMT customer area.

• In your account management menu, click on “Modify my identifier


• Enter your new username and password and validate.


To change your password, go to your myMT customer area.


• In your account management menu, click on “Change my password”.

• Enter your new password and validate.



To manage all of your contact information, go to your myMT customer area.


• On the home screen, click “Account Settings

• Then click on “Modify my contact details


You can then modify the following information:

• Your contact email

• Your contact mobile number

• Your contact landline number

If you do not live in Monaco, you can also change your postal address.

You have the possibility, from your myMT customer area, to group access to all of your customer accounts.

This operation allows you to view the content of several customer accounts by connecting to your so-called “main” account.

To do this, have the customer account number and customer service security code of all the accounts you want to group together.

Simply log in to the myMT customer area of ​​the “main” account to which you wish to add access to other accounts.

In the drop-down menu at the top right of the screen, click “Add Account



Enter the account number and the security code of the customer account you wish to link.


After validation, the account number thus attached will appear in the drop-down menu on the home page of your main account.

To find it, nothing could be simpler, go to your myMT customer area.

In your account management menu, at the top right of the home screen, click on “Security code” then “Click to display”.

A delegation account allows you to give access to different parts of your myMT customer area to a third person of your choice.

This person can then, on your behalf, carry out all the management and purchasing actions available in your myMT customer area.

You can add, modify or delete your delegation accounts at any time.

To create or manage access, go to your myMT customer area.

• In your account management menu, at the top right of the home screen, click on “Manage my delegation accounts”.

• Click on the “Add a delegation account” icon.

Here you can provide information about the person who should be able to access your account.

You can define a validity period for this access as well as the elements that will be visible.
