Monaco Care Safety offers several features in the same application: anti-virus protection, secure web browsing, banking protection, parental control. Monaco Care Safety is compatible with different computers (PC or MAC), smartphones or tablets (Android and iOS operating systems)*, and offers a simple and secure daily use experience.
All households with an Ultra High Speed Internet, LaBOX or LaFibre subscription will automatically have 5 Monaco Care Safety licenses. And they will be able to subscribe to their choice of 5 additional Monaco Care Safety licenses free of charge.

• Anti-virus protection: real-time anti-virus protection against infected files, malicious applications and intrusions (anti-malware, anti-virus, anti-spyware, integrated firewall)
• Secure web browsing: in real time, online threats are detected and you are warned if you access a fraudulent site. You benefit from anti-fishing protection which protects you from all risks linked to receiving a hacked email or SMS. You thus avoid redirection to infected sites and the theft of your personal data;
• Banking protection: the banking sites visited are certified and the protection of payments made via a bank is reinforced;
• Identity protection: applications that can compromise your privacy and personal data are identified.
The availability of Monaco Care Safety features depending on the type of equipment.
Available languages: French, English, Italian (for Windows, Android, iOS 10 or higher) or OS language (for Mac, with dynamic change)
Operating system versions compatible with Monaco Care Safety:
- Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11
- macOS version 10.15 (Catalina) or later,
- iOS version 13 or later
- Android version 6.0 or later.
ARM tablets are not supported.
After subscribing to the Monaco Care Safey service or activating your offer including the Monaco Care Safety service, you will receive an email confirming the availability of your service and in which your username and password will be communicated to you.
To use your new service, simply download the Monaco Care Safety application on the equipment(s) of your choice.
On my computer (PC or MAC)
After receiving the welcome email
1 – Start the installation by clicking on “Install now” from the welcome email
2 – Then click on “Download”
3 – Once the application is downloaded, launch the “executable file”
4 - Click “Accept and continue” to start the download and follow the instructions.
5 - Once the download is complete, you arrive on the home screen of your Monaco Care Safety space.
Your account is active and your device is protected.

You can access your Monaco Care safety account in 2 ways.
Via the Monaco Care Safety Desktop application
By clicking on “Monaco Care Safety” from the “Start” menu of your computer or from the shortcut on your desktop you can manage your license(s).
Via the internet customer portal
From your internet browser go to the following link: here
From this portal, you can log in to your personal space using the username and password provided in the welcome email.
When connecting for the first time you will need to set a new password.
Your username and password are provided to you in the welcome email sent when your service is activated.
You can also receive this email again at any time by making a request from your myMT, to do this:
Log in to your myMT customer area
In the “Additional Services” block you will find your Monaco Care Safety offer.
Click the “Receive my login ID and password” button
You will then receive the welcome email containing the information allowing you to log in.
To give the person of your choice one of your licenses, you can go directly to your Monaco Care Safety management interface (Desktop shortcut or “Start” menu).
From the home page of the Monaco Care Safety application, go to the “People and devices” block and click on “Manage”.
Click “Add device or user”
Enter the email address of the user to add to send them the application download link.
The user just has to download the application on their device to protect it.
To launch a manual analysis on your device, simply launch Monaco Care Safety from the desktop shortcut or from the “Start” menu.
From the Monaco Care Safety home page, in the “Virus and Threats” section, click on “Analyze”.
To activate parental controls on one of your accounts, you can go directly to your Monaco Care Safety management interface (Desktop shortcut or “Start” menu).
From the home page of the Monaco Care Safety application, go to the “People and devices” block and click on “Manage”.
Click on the account you want to set parental controls on.
You can then modify the parental control settings here.

To benefit the person of your choice from one of your licenses, you can go directly to your Monaco Care Safety management interface (Desktop shortcut or “Start” menu).
From the home page of the Monaco Care Safety application, go to the “People and devices” block and click on “Manage”.
Click on “Add a device or user” and fill in the requested information.
So that one of your loved ones can co-manage the Monaco Care Safety service, you can send them an invitation by email via the Monaco Care Safety service application.
To do this, simply go to your license management interface.
Click “Someone else’s device”.
Click “Someone else’s device”.
The future co-administrator will receive an email presenting the good news and the essential identifiers for their first connection and access to “Profile”, a section for managing account licenses.
To do this, contact the Monaco Telecom sales teams. You can then delete part of your licenses, in packs of 5 licenses, or cancel your Monaco Care Safety service.
If you have the LaBox or LaBox Web offer, your Monaco Care Safety service is automatically terminated when your offer is terminated.

In order to effectively protect your equipment, the Monaco Care Safety application must be installed, activated and regularly updated.
To check that your equipment benefits from optimal protection:
• Open the Monaco Care Safety application that you have installed on your equipment
• Click on ‘anti-virus’ to check the software status of your Monaco Care Safety service
• If a green message appears indicating that your anti-virus is active, your service is up to date and your protection is optimal
• If a message in red appears indicating that your equipment is not protected, your protection is not optimal
• In the event of a malfunction and the message appears in red, follow the instructions to the right of the image
1 - Monaco Care Safety tells you that your computer is not protected
2 - Displays the solution to fix the problem
From the Monaco Care Safety portal, click on “forgotten password”.
This will activate the procedure to recover your identifiers. You will receive an email within a few minutes confirming the password recovery request.
By clicking on the link inserted in the email, you can then reset your identifiers.
A second email will be sent to you to confirm the change of your password.
You have the Monaco Telecom “PC Protection” solution
Old anti-virus protection, the PC Protection service must be uninstalled before you can install the Monaco Care Safety service.
You have an anti-virus security solution
To benefit from the Monaco Care Safety service, you must uninstall your security or anti-virus solution or certain software that may interfere with its installation.
Usually, the Monaco Care Safety service automatically detects and uninstalls the existing solution on your equipment. It may happen that the installation of the Monaco Care Safety service is blocked because the uninstallation of the previous security solution is not triggered. In this case, you will need to manually uninstall the software in question.
