By telephone at 99 66 33 00 (7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

The answering machine 100 records calls received during your absence or when you are already on the line. It allows you to consult messages left from home but also remotely.

How to create your 100 responder?

When activating your answering machine for the first time, you must dial *281# from your landline. You then access an interactive server asking you to choose your language and your secret code. Wait for the busy tone, this validates the activation of your answering machine. You can hang up.

How to activate/reactivate your 100 answering machine?

Dial *28# to activate the answering machine forwarding service.

How to deactivate forwarding to your answering machine?

To deactivate your answering machine, dial #28#

How to check your answering machine?

Once your answering machine is activated, dial 100 from your landline. You access a menu asking you if you want:

• Listen to your messages (1)

• Personalize your answering machine (2)

To better control your telephone budget, the restricted service allows you to prohibit or restrict the use of your line. You have the choice between the ordered restricted service and the permanent restricted service.

The permanent restricted service allows you to define in advance the destinations that the line can call, it can be activated by contacting customer service.

The restricted service ordered allows you to define the level of restrictions via your landline telephone, you must have your secret code and dial on the telephone concerned *34* "4-digit secret code (default: 0000)" * "restriction level 2.3 or 4" #

To deactivate the restricted service ordered: #34* “4-digit secret code” #

To change your secret code: *33* "4-digit secret code" * "new secret code" * "new secret code" * If you forget your password, go to the store with your identity document, you must be the holder of the line concerned.

The 3 restriction zones (2, 3 or 4):
