  • With strong expertise in system administration and virtualization, the B2B Cloud Services Technical Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of our virtual hosting solutions, integration services, and security products for business clients. A natural mentor, they guide and train operations technicians, helping them develop their technical skills and autonomy. Acting as the first point of technical escalation for clients, they collaborate closely with Monaco Telecom’s infrastructure teams. Dynamic, reliable, and team-oriented, the Technical Lead maintains a close relationship with customers and plays a key role in the strategy and growth of our Cloud business.
  • Ensures, directly or indirectly, the proper operation of the relevant B2B services, particularly within Cloud Computing environments (advanced websites, virtual private servers, firewalls, storage, etc.).
  • Is responsible for the quality of Level 2 technical support provided to clients.
  • Acts as the primary technical escalation point for B2B clients on the relevant services.
  • Ensures the delivery and operational implementation of services owed to clients, including acceptance testing.
  • Organizes and participates in on-call rotations for the relevant services.
  • Provides technical support to the sales teams, including client architecture design, workload and timeline assessment, and defining the scope of support.
  • Participates in the development of service deployment and operational procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Administration of complex, high-availability systems (Linux & Windows).
  • Implementation and operation of operating systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of IP networking and firewall operations.
  • Good knowledge of IT security standards.
  • Operational maintenance.

  • Management of virtual environments:
  • Creation and management of client IaaS infrastructures (on OpenStack environments).
  • Creation and management of client virtual machines (on VMware platform).
  • Expertise in storage types across all Cloud environments.
  • Other expected technical knowledge:
  • Development, design, and documentation of technical architectures that meet client functional requirements.
  • Understanding of how Anti-DDoS services operate.
  • Management of email services and oversight of providers on Hosted Exchange platform.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+4/5).
  • Advanced technical knowledge of IT and Cloud technologies.
  • Extensive experience in delivering virtualized services.
  • Operational maintenance of services.
  • Technical writing skills.
