The Sales Advisor is the ambassador of the Monaco Telecom brand in the store. They welcome, advise, and assist customers with their telecom needs (mobile, internet, TV, and associated services), offering personalized solutions and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience.

  • Customer Reception & Advisory
  • - Welcome each customer with professionalism, courtesy, and a smile.
  • - Identify customer needs and offer suitable products and services (mobile, internet, TV subscriptions, add-ons, etc.).
  • - Assist customers with their requests: subscription, plan changes, mobile renewal, line management, etc.
  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • - Promote all commercial offers and products within the Monaco Telecom ecosystem.
  • - Achieve individual and team sales targets (revenue, conversion rate, upselling).
  • - Monitor sales and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Management & Operations
  • - Contribute to maintaining the store in good condition (cleanliness, merchandising, updating displays).
  • - Perform daily operations: cash handling, opening/closing the register, and data entry in management tools.
  • - Manage inventory, receive merchandise, and handle returns as needed.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up
  • - Provide clear responses to basic support requests related to products and services.
  • - Ensure quality follow-up of the customer file and their satisfaction.
  • Education & Experience
  • High school diploma to two-year post-secondary degree (Bac to Bac+2) in commerce, sales, customer relations, or equivalent.
  • Experience in in-store sales/advisory (telecom, retail, or services) required.
  • Key Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation.
  • Strong passion for sales and a drive for challenges.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and cash register systems.
  • Rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent French is essential. Proficiency in English and/or Italian is a plus.
