  • Within the Legal Department, you will assist the members of Monaco Telecom’s Legal Department on a daily basis, under their supervision, in the following tasks:
  • Business operations: monitoring, analyzing, and providing legal recommendations regarding the management of customer and supplier contracts, both nationally and internationally, related to electronic communications services, audiovisual services, and more broadly all activities linked to digital services.
  • Regulatory: conducting regulatory analysis of Monegasque, French, and foreign legislation on targeted issues, mainly within the scope of business law, digital law, and electronic communications law.
  • Personal Data Protection: analyzing and supporting the implementation of the new Monegasque legal framework; monitoring the implementation of the GDPR framework in collaboration with the DPO; preparing responses to various inquiries on this subject.
  • Corporate Law: support in monitoring and handling corporate secretarial actions related to the group’s companies (drafting minutes, completing formalities, comparative analysis with French law).
  • Legal contract archiving: managing the contract database, including contract analysis and sharing information with the relevant internal departments.
  • To join us on this adventure, you need to
  • Master’s degree in Law with a specialization in Business Law, Contract Law, or Digital Law.
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Analytical and team-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) – a certificate validating the level is a plus.
